"The "yes" and "no" answers to the questions cannot begin to express my feelings toward your store and particularly, your personnel. Beginning with my initial phone call to ask directions, I was treated in a very pleasant and professional manner. The same is true of the sales person who greeted me, invited me to have a cup of coffee, showed me the merchandise I was interested in, took my order and arranged for someone to measure and another-to install. All in a timely manner.
Jimmy arrived right on time to measure and was extremely proficient in his calculations. Not only that, but he was so pleasant truly enjoyed chatting with him and when he left I felt like I was saying goodbye to an old friend.
Lawrence, the installer, couldn't have been nicer. He did a great job of installing and making sure everything was satisfactory and in order when he left.
The next morning I received a phone call inquiring about my satisfaction with the job. By then, I had discovered what I thought was a minor imperfection and Lawrence returned very quickly to explain and correct the problem.
Truly I have never done business with a company where all employees were so pleasant and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with the follow-up service and I can say with conviction that not only am I extremely satisfied with the product, installation, price and complete service that I will happily recommend American Carpet One to anyone who may be in the market for flooring materials."
